small update from todays process in wiener neustadt:
tomorrow 9 am is the last day of trial, followed by a longer break in the trial, as the judge needs more time to look through all the chaotic files and wrong accusations and translations by the police. its unclear when the trail will continue. can take one month or more.. if you wanna show solidarity, join tomorrow in wiener neustadt.

BUT:
there is a very good chance, that all 6 from the 8 accused refugees get out of Untersuchungshaft (pre-trial custody), if we can organize sleeping places for them! they have been now over 6 months inprisoned and will have to stay there more months if we dont get active now.

4 SLEEPING PLACES ARE NEEDED. its basically a letter of you or friends of you haing a spare sleeping place to offer to hand over to the judge, saying, that you guarantee accomodation. if you can follow a meldezettel it would be great.
this 4 places are needed as soon as possible to get the people out.

MOST URGENT til tomorrow:
for two more refugees spaces to stay have been already organized. Refugee A. has a place to stay from next wednesday on, but he can get out of prison already tomorrow, if we can organize him a place to stay from tomorrow on til wednesday- thats only 6 nights accomodation needed. after that he will change the place to where he can stay longer. please try to think of anyone who could help out on this.

this is all direct support which will help the criminalized people a lot right now – finally getting out of jail- imprisoned mostly due to their active participation in a refugee protest for human rights or for supporting other refugees.
they need support NOW- please share and spread!
